Shipping Information
(includes all 50 states)
Products in stock usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order.
We thrive to make sure the products we offer are in stock and available.
However, we occasionally sell out of certain items. If a product
is not currently in stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date.
In some cases we may ship a partial order of items currently in stock,
then ship the backordered items when they arrive. You will not be charged
any shipping charges for backordered items. Most backordered items
ship within 7-10 business days. Some items may take longer depending
on the manufacturer. Orders will be filled in the order they
are received. Payment for order will be charged when product ships. Some
restrictions apply - see below.
Ground Shipping: Standard Delivery
Flat Rate: $7.50
Shipment by standard delivery is based on order shipping best method using
one of the following carriers: UPS, U.S. Postal Service within
the continental United States
Note:
• West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional delivery time.
Second
Day Air Delivery: We do not currently ship Second Day
Air.
Next Day
Air Delivery: We do not
currently ship Next Day Air.
Restrictions:
•
Due to size, weight or quantity ordered, some items require an additional
shipping charges. These charges will not be reflected in the shipping
total, but added to your order.
•
Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
• A
$5.00 fee will be added to any Poles over 60" in length.
•
Weekends and holidays will delay delivery.
•
Shipments to more than one address require postage for each address
Correct Address:
• A $5.00 charge will be billed to the customer if UPS must make an address
correction to deliver the purchased package. If the purchase was made by
credit card, that amount will be charged to the supplied credit card and a
notice will be emailed to that customer.
• If package can not be delivered, shipping and handling charges will not be
refunded. To reship the package to the correct address, shipping and
handling charges will be assessed again.
Tracking Numbers:
• Orders shipped via UPS will
have available tracking numbers upon request. To receive a
tracking #, simply send us an e-mail at
websale@eburch.biz, subject:
"My Tracking Number." You will be notified within 24-48 hours.
Note: we are sorry that at this time, we are unable to provide tracking
numbers on packages shipped Parcel Post.
COD Orders
• We do not ship orders COD.
International Shipping Information
• At this time, we cannot accept online order shipping to non-U.S.A.
addresses.
